Microwave cooking recipe

Ingredients

• 1cup Urad Dal whole • ¼ cup Rajmah • 1tsp salt • 2½ tsp ginger paste • 1cup tomato puree • 1/2tsp red Chili • 3 tbsp Butter • ¾ Cream or Malai

Method

Soak the lentils overnight. Pressure cook them for 20 minutes with Salt and 2 Cups water added to it. Stand for 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients and MH 15 minutes. Garnish with some cream.
