Palak Paneer

Microwave cooking recipe

Ingredients

• ½ Kg Palak (Washed & Chopped ) • 2 small Tomatoes • 3 Green chilies • 4 pieces of Garlic • 4 tbsp soaked channa dal

Method

Mix together & steam for 6 minutes. Grind in Mixi. Put 1 tsp Butter, 2 tbsp Tomato Puree, 1 tsp Ginger Paste, Salt and Red Chillies.M.H. 3 minutes. Add Palak and 100 gms. paneer pieces. M.H. 2 minutes.
