Sweet Saffron Rice

• 1 cup Rice
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 tbsp Oil
• Saffron soaked in 2 tbsp of water.
• 5 Almonds Sliced
• 6 Pistachio sliced
• 2 Cardamoms
• 10 pcs Raisins
• Khoya
• Water 2 cups
• Laung & Ilaichi
Soak rice for one hour. M.H. Rice with water, Ilaichi and laung. Put 1 tbsp oil also. Add Saffron. Boil till water is absorbed and rice is cooked (about 8 minutes ). Add sugar, mix and M.H. 2 minutes. Add Khoya, Raisins, Ilaichi powder to hot ghee, cook for 2 to 3 minutes in frying pan. Garnish the Rice with it.
