Microwave cooking recipe

• 1 cup crushed macaroni • 1 cup water- boiling • ¾ cup nutrella • 2 tbsp soya sauce • ½ tsp red chilies • ½ cup veg chopped and chilies-optional - 6 heaped tbsp maida - 2 tbsp oil - ½ tbsp salt - some water


Soak macaroni and nutrella in boiling water. Mix Soya sauce, salt, veg, chilies. Mix well. Keep aside. Make dough. Make 1 small ball at one time about ½ inch in size. Spread it with rolling pin (belan) till it is thin like a small roti. Put 2 tsp of filling in middle. Seal it putting some water on the sides of the rounded side of roti. Steam in micro wonder. Micro high for 4 minutes. Deep fry in sesame oil (til ka tel) till golden brown. Serve hot. Make 15 momos.
