Potato Tikki for Burgers

Ingredients

• 6 Potatoes • ½ cup matar • 2 tea spoon corn flour • 2 tea spoon soya sauce • salt

Method

Steam six potatoes in poly bag for 7 minutes. Mash potatoes. Add matar ½ Cup, Salt to taste, 2 tea spoon corn flour, green chilies, 2 tea spoon soya sauce. Mix well. Make into tikkis. Smear with softened butter all over and coat with bread crumbs. Put in a flat dish. Micro High 3 minutes. Turn and Micro High 2 minutes.
